How do I sign up?
XessOne is invite-only — no self-serve signup. Book a consultation via WhatsApp (+62 816-506-796) or submit an account request at app.xessone.com/signup/request. Our team reviews within 1–3 business days, schedules a 15-minute fit call, and if approved, sends an invitation link. We filter carefully because this is a long-term managed partnership, not month-to-month hosting.
How does the demo period work?
Approved clients get a 1–3 month demo period at full service level (Continental/Planetary) or a 45-day POC (Orbital). We onboard your domain, deploy to your nodes, and handle all content updates so you can evaluate the service end-to-end. After the demo, you sign a long-term contract to continue. Launch pricing is locked for 24 months once the contract starts.
How do I pay?
We send a manual invoice via email. Pay via bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI), e-wallet, or international wire. No auto-debit, no recurring charges.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, contact us anytime. We prorate the difference and adjust your next invoice accordingly.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
We send 3 reminders over 14 days. After 14 days past due, services are suspended (not deleted). Pay the invoice to reactivate instantly. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension.
Do you offer refunds?
Demo period is the evaluation window — if it's not a fit, no contract is signed and no charge applies. After contract signing, we offer credit toward future invoices for unused time, but no cash refunds.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Annual payment gets 2 months free. Contact sales for annual invoice.
