Demo Period & Long-term Contract

XessOne is invite-only. After consultation, qualified clients get a 1–3 month demo period at full service level. After the demo, a long-term contract is signed to continue.

Invite-Only Service

Not everyone can join XessOne. We select clients carefully to ensure we can deliver the highest quality managed service. This keeps our team focused and your service premium.

Invoicing

XessOne uses manual invoice billing. There is no auto-debit or credit card on file. Invoices are sent monthly via email and can be paid via bank transfer.

  • Invoices sent on the 1st of each month
  • Payment due within 14 days
  • Bank transfer to XessOne
  • Invoice history available in the dashboard
  • Late payment: 7-day grace period before suspension

Upgrade & Downgrade

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Contract

After the trial period, you must sign a digital service agreement at xessone.com/contract. The contract covers service terms, SLA commitments, and billing terms. It can be signed electronically with a typed or drawn signature.
