Getting Started
Welcome to XessOne
XessOne is a full managed website service. We handle everything — domain, SSL, content updates, deployment to 9 global nodes, monitoring, and reports. Built for Indonesian businesses without a dev team.
Invite-Only Service
XessOne is by invitation only — we evaluate every prospect to ensure premium service. After consultation, qualified clients get a 1–3 month demo period (45-day POC for Orbital), then sign a long-term contract to continue.
How It Works

- 2Our team reviews your business needs within 1–3 business days
- 3If qualified, we send you an invitation link and start the 1–3 month demo period
- 4Our team handles deployment, SSL, content, and global node setup — you don't touch infrastructure
- 5After demo, sign a long-term service agreement to continue. Launch pricing is locked for 24 months.
What We Handle
Once your account is active, our team takes care of everything:
1. Domain & SSL
We register and configure your domain, set up XessOne nameservers, and issue/renew SSL certificates automatically. You don't need to learn DNS or worry about SSL expiry.
2. Content Updates via WhatsApp
Need to update a product photo, add a blog post, change pricing, or fix a typo? Send a WhatsApp message — our team executes within 24 hours (Continental) or 8 hours (Planetary). No CMS to learn, no tickets to file.
3. Multi-Region Deployment
We deploy your site to up to 9 global nodes (Singapore, Tokyo, Mumbai, Sydney, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, LA, Chicago, Newark) — buyers worldwide get sub-100ms TTFB without you lifting a finger.
4. Dashboard Monitoring
Log in to app.xessone.com to monitor your service: domain status, active nodes, uptime, visitor analytics, and monthly reports. The dashboard is for monitoring — not configuration. We do the work, you watch the results.
4. Configure DNS
Point your domain to XessOne nameservers for automatic SSL and DNS management:

After your trial, visit xessone.com/contract to digitally sign the service agreement. Once signed, our team will activate your account and send the first invoice.
Manual Billing
XessOne uses manual invoice billing — no auto-debit. You will receive a monthly invoice via email.

XessOne runs on a global network of nodes across 9 countries and 9 real nodes. Each application is deployed with redundancy, automatic failover, and DDoS protection.
